Be A Sport!
TimeBank, the national volunteering charity, has recently launched Be A Sport: a campaign to encourage more people to get involved in sport by volunteering. In the UK, there are over one and a half million sporting volunteers working across a diverse range of opportunities, at different levels.

Visit the Volunteer Resource, a bank of documents, templates, good practice examples and articles that can assist organisations and clubs develop their volunteering programme
Sports Volunteering in Scotland
The necessity for the volunteers and their willingness to invest their time and expertise is considered fundamental to any progress in the development of Scottish sport. The best current estimate is that there are around 145,000 regular sports volunteers in Scotland and thousands more Scots benefiting from the work volunteers do in sport.

Apologies to our many members for an extended 'outage' of the aimshare website. This was partly caused by technical and legal complications outside of our control.
